Loei Province Outreach

In Phu Luang district, there were only one Christian family. Loei Full Gospel Church has invited us to do a prayer outreach in this district and also to come and help prepare/renovate a house they wanted to convert into a church. In this particular district many people practiced witch crafting and quite a lot of incest occurred in the district. We were a team of twelve Christians who headed to the district for fourteen days. We spent every day in prayer walking and visited homes sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. One particular day a

Buddhist monk came and stood by while we were reading and praying through the Gospel of John. He just stood there listening and after we were finished, he went back to the temple. We went back to our house we stayed in to prepare lunch. While we were eating our lunch, the monk came walking towards us wearing civilian clothes and said he wants to be a Christian. All of us were so excited and we all just prayed and worshiped God with joy at that moment. That Sunday the monk went to church with us in the city where the church received him with open arms. It was a spirit filled two weeks as God revealed Himself to this specific Buddhist monk. Once again we learned that God calls you to Him and when He does, the biggest miracle of one’s life is about to happen. All glory and praise to our almighty God.
